Pokemon Theme Song ‘Gotta Catch Em All’ - For Orchestra by Walt Ribeiro
I’m not joking you, I full-on gay boy-ed it with both hands next to my gaping mouth, almost letting out a gay gasp. Physiologically, I felt it right in the pit of my stomach and my heart started racing.

For a non profit organization, the PokeCenter does surprisingly well.
I liked the joke, but when I showed my friends this picture, they literally “Awww”ed it. Hahaha!

These are too cute, I’d want one, even if it’s just a joke. :P

It’s unfair though, I admit. Either you get a friend that’ll trade you a Haunter, or buy a 2nd Pokemon game and DS/Gameboy.
((That’s what I had to do. Forever alone.))
I learnt in my ANTH class the creator of Pokemon (Tajiri Satoshi) actually created these “social obstacles” in the game for children/players to socialize with other players of the game; players would have to cooperate with others in order to achieve the whole premise of the game: become a Pokemon master.
It’s really a good capitalist way to remind us “it’s nearly impossible to achieve all our goals alone.”
Well… unless you’re rich and can afford to buy everything you need to do it yourself.
But what fun is that?

You know you’re in the right classes when this is what you watch to talk about concepts such as techno-animism (the invoking of spirit/life into technology), polymorphous perversity (a property reinvented and reformed to increase pleasure, but not necessarily more within one medium over another), etc.
:D
