Today, is ANZAC day. (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps)
By reblogging this, you will now have the Red Poppy on your blog, which signifies remembrance to those that fought or aided in the war.
They shall grow not old,
as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them,
nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
lest we forget.

Stay strong my British countrymenThere is no “U” in Freedom.

You’re all freaks. We rebeled for a reason.

Don’t forget who had your back during WWII.
Literally my fave thing about the USA is how we said “fuck your redcoat language” when England acted stupid and made weird changes like dropping the U (and other stuff)
have we all conveniently forgotten who else uses the u?
What even. Omg. LOL.
I’m not gonna take sides, because our flag has both the Union Jack and stripes. D:

This is true British style! Everything can be solved with a cuppa!
I always find myself making a cuppa when I’m writing papers or having a late night… :)

A quick geography lesson
It’s quite confusing to people to understand what the difference is between the United Kingdom, Great Britain and the British Isles…

I’m the one who corrects my friends when referring to this region. Haha!

Just got this email and laughed at how very British it was. Emails about our accommodation are just sent out as normal, but when the tea room is affected, holy crap, the email’s sent out with high importance!
Maybe instead of “cheers,” I’ll use “kind regards” to sound more formal. Ahahaha!
